We collect the email address and name you provide during signup. We do not store the URLs you download, your downloaded files, or any sensitive personal data beyond what's needed to provide the service.
Your information is used to provide the service (authentication, billing, usage tracking), send transactional emails (welcome, payment confirmation), and improve the platform.
Account data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Payment data is processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
We use a single secure, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
We use Supabase for database/auth, Stripe for payments, and your SMTP provider for email. These services have their own privacy policies.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing admin@yourdomain.com. We will process your request within 7 days.
